This week we have been getting up close and personal with all sorts of animals and wildlife! We were treated to a visit from the local ‘pop up farm’ and the children were able to spend time with a range of farm animals. The children enjoyed petting them and asking the farmer lots of interesting questions about the animals. Later in the week we held a ceremony on the field to release our beautiful butterflies! The children have taken great care of them and have enjoyed watching them grow from tiny caterpillars to our lovely butterflies. We wish Chomp Chomp, Maquina, Cloud, Spiky and Rosie (names chosen in a class vote, of course!) the best of luck on their new adventures!
