Mindfulness? It’s allowed to be noisy!

Sometimes we don’t want to be quiet and still but we still want to find a feeling of calm and to settle our minds. With this is mind, we found a way to challenge ourselves, give a new activity our full attention and have so much fun!
Some of our children have been struggling with their sense of self-belief, so we are building activities, mindfulness and techniques into the school day to develop this and to increase confidence. Every single child rose to the challenge!
