Crew is a spirit, a way of being.
To be "Crew" means to pitch in to help each other, to be accountable for your own actions and take responsibility for everyone's well-being around you.
Crew is a place where character development, adventure, and team building are intentional, assuring success for all pupils. It’s a structure that fosters a sense of belonging within pupils and a place where they can be their best selves while lifting their peers to achieve more than they think possible.
Our culture of Crew begins with adults who model the school’s character attributes and create structures that intentionally sustain these attributes.
