Bletchley Park

This half term, Year 6 enjoyed a wonderful trip to Bletchley Park. This was a wonderful opportunity for the children to explore our local history and the crucial role the codebreakers played in the war effort. We enjoyed a guided tour which gave us an invaluable insight into the daily life of the codebreakers at Bletchley Park. The children also had the superb opportunity to try and crack some of the codes and even had the chance to use the enigma machine! This was a wonderful experience and really brought to life all of our learning from our expedition this term!
