Year 5 Greek Day

We just wanted to tell you about our amazing visit from Horrible Histories expert and actor Dan Shadrake. Over the day, we were able to touch some real artefacts from Ancient Greece. We were also entertained by many of the Greek myths and stories that told us about what life in those times was really like. On top of all that, we were shown replicas of the several different styles of armour that the Greek soldiers wore, tried on their shoes and even managed to fit in an Ancient Greek hat parade. None of this would have been possible without your generous donations.
